Return & Refund Policy

At Namma Gramam (ngramam.com), we take great care in sourcing and packing our traditional rice, millets, and natural food products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver the best quality products.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The package is tampered with or defective

If any of these situations occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Proof Required

To process your request, please send the following details to us:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Refunds

Once we review and approve your request, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund, or
  • Replacement product, depending on the situation

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
